Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 canchicken breasts
  • 2 dasholive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbspsofrito
  • 1 1/2 tspchopped parsley
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 tspchopped basil
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic
  • 1/2 cuptri color peppers
  • 1 packagessazon
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1 canpeas & carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium pan heat the oil and add the sofrito.

  2. 2

    Add the onion and pepper until tender.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken, spices, sazon, sauce, the peas and carrots and let it simmer for about 6 minutes.

    Enjoy!!!
