This dip is perfect for party's or snacks or appetizers it's full of flavor... Im from Malta and my grandmother use to make this dip for me as a child its very popular there ... It brings back lots of yummy memories lol...they usually use dry beans and soak over night and boil for about a hour but it's so much easier to use canned beans.. Enjoy!

In a blender or food processor add your 2 drained cans of beans garlic cloves salt 2 TBS oil hot sauce 4 TBS parsley lemon juice and water and blend until smooth

Pour in boil and sprinkle with little salt 2tbs oil sprinkle paprika and parsley on top serve with pita bread or crackers or veggies anything you like really... Enjoy
