Ingredients

  1. 4Potatos
  2. 1/2Jalapeño Pepper
  3. 1 cupDaiya Brand Cheddar Style Shreads (Non-Dairy Lactose free)
  4. Greek Blend seasoning
  5. 1/4 cupBroth
  6. 1 tbspSmartBalance Butter (Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend)
  7. Himalayan Salt + Pepper (optional - to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and slice potatos. Wash, de-seed, and finely chop Jalapeño Peppers.

  2. 2

    Layer potato slices, Daiya Cheddar Shreads, greek blend seasoning, and Jalapeño Pepper in crockpot. Repeat layering until you have several layers. Top with Butter and broth. **add more broth and cheddar shreads if needed**

  3. 3

    cook in crockpot for around 7 hours or until cooked. Season with Himalayan salt and pepper to taste.

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
