  1. 2 eachSmoke Sausage Links cut into cubes
  2. 2 eacheggs
  3. 2 eachsmall Potatoes, washed and small cubes
  4. 1 cupcooked Rice
  5. 1 tbspSoy Sauce, more if like
  6. 1 smallOnion, cut to strips
  7. 3 dashor to your liking, Creole Seasoning (I used Tony Chachere's)
  8. 3 dashCrush Red Pepper

    Sauteed potatoes then add onion.

  2. 2

    Add sausage and seasoning, heat
