  • 2 eachSmoke Sausage Links cut into cubes
  • 2 eacheggs
  • 2 eachsmall Potatoes, washed and small cubes
  • 1 cupcooked Rice
  • 1 tbspSoy Sauce, more if like
  • 1 smallOnion, cut to strips
  • 3 dashor to your liking, Creole Seasoning (I used Tony Chachere's)
  • 3 dashCrush Red Pepper

    Sauteed potatoes then add onion.

  2. 2

    Add sausage and seasoning, heat
