1/2 cupflour
2eggs lightly beaten
3/4 cuppanko breadcrumbs
1/4 cupgrated parmesan
1salt and pepper to taste

dredge asparagus in flour, then in egg then into a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan and salt and pepper

place on wire rack on baking sheet and preheat oven 425°F until golden brown
