Ingredients

500 gramschicken wings
1spring onion for garnish
1olive oil - just a drizzle over the wings
1tsp cayenne pepper
1half a cup of Portuguese peri-peri sauce

Steps

1

Marinate wings with sauce and add Cayenne pepper over night. Grill for 45minutes @ 220° . once cooked brush some Portuguese sauce over the wings & add spring onion as garnish!
