Ingredients

  • 500 gramschicken wings
  • 1spring onion for garnish
  • 1olive oil - just a drizzle over the wings
  • 1tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1half a cup of Portuguese peri-peri sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate wings with sauce and add Cayenne pepper over night. Grill for 45minutes @ 220° . once cooked brush some Portuguese sauce over the wings & add spring onion as garnish!
