Ingredients

  • 2large boiled potatoes
  • salt
  • 1/2 tspred pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspginger powder
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspblack cumin seeds.
  • 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1puff pastry sheet or pizza dough
  • 1/2egg/few drops of milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash potatoes and mix all the spices in them.

  2. 2

    Add egg or milk using tablespoons just to bind the mixture not to make it runny.

  3. 3

    Lay the puff pastry or pizza dough. Cut it in a long rectangle shape.

  4. 4

    Apply the mixture on it.

  5. 5

    Top it off with cheese and roll it.

  6. 6

    Cut into small circles and bake them for about 10-15 minutes or until they turn little brown.

  7. 7

    Serve with dip of your choice
