  • 1 kgLamb stewing pieces
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 tsprajah curry spice
  • 1 cubebeef stock
  • 1 tspsteak n chop spice
  • 1 tspchicken spice
  • 1 tspBBQ spice
  • 2tomatoes, grated
  • 3 TBSbrown onion soup granules
  • 1 TBSflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the lamb until it's soft.

  2. 2

    Grate the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Chop peppers and onion

  4. 4

    Then the lamb is soft, it's time that you pour your beef stock, onion and pepper in, stir let them cook. As it cooks and the onion turning golden then add your spices.

  5. 5

    The lambs smells nice then pour in your tomato and let it cook and simmer, then prepare your soup thickener pour over meat and add water then lower your heat until thick.

  6. 6

    It's going to be served with Rice.
