  2. 1Green pepper
  3. 3habenero peppers
  4. 2garlic cloves
  5. 2 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 2 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 1/2 cantomato paste
  8. 3lime juice
  9. 5 tbspPeanut butter
  10. 1 tbsponion powder
  11. 1 tspcayane pepper
  12. 4 lbbeef cubed to 1 inch (best ribeye)
  13. 20 stickbamboo skewers
  14. 1 1/2salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Combine in a blender 1 onion, 1/4 green pepper, 3 habenero peppers, peanut butter, juice from 2 limes, 1 salt, 1 pepper, tomato paste, garlic cloves

    Marinate beef in juice of 1 lime for 2 hours

    Combine blended peanut sauce with meet after pouring off lime juice, allow to marinate for one hour

    Cut green pepper and onion into 1 inch squares

  5. 5

    Soak bamboo skewers to prevent burning during grilling

  6. 6

    Combine meat, onion and green pepper in kabob configuration

  7. 7

    Grill over flame cook till medium well and enjoy
