Combine in a blender 1 onion, 1/4 green pepper, 3 habenero peppers, peanut butter, juice from 2 limes, 1 salt, 1 pepper, tomato paste, garlic cloves

Marinate beef in juice of 1 lime for 2 hours

Combine blended peanut sauce with meet after pouring off lime juice, allow to marinate for one hour

Cut green pepper and onion into 1 inch squares

Soak bamboo skewers to prevent burning during grilling

Combine meat, onion and green pepper in kabob configuration

Grill over flame cook till medium well and enjoy
