Steps

Firstly peel and dice apple and grate beetroot

Take diced apple,grated beetroot and half cup water in a pan

Cooj for 3-4 min on a high flame and check after 4 min

Stir the apple and cook for anothet 4 min as they are not tender

Mash the apple and add sugar in it

Stir every 2 min till sugar melt and cook jam until thick consistency

Jam is ready as it became tranparenr and thick

Let it cool down

Add lemon juice and store in a air tight jar
