Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupBottle gaurd (grated)
  • 1/2 cupSoya chunks
  • 1/4 cupPotato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1Onion medium sized (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Capsicum medium sized (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonRoasted masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonGram masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 inchGinger (finely chopped)
  • 2 spoonOil
  • 1 spoonRoasted gram flour
  • 1/2 spoonRice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonMango powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a add hot water then add soya chunks for 5min. After 5min squeeze all the soya chunks then grinned it in fine powder..

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add soya chunks powder then add potato, bottle gaurd, onion, capsicum, roasted masala, salt, gram masala, red chilli powder, ginger, mango powder, roasted gram flour, rice flour mix it well.

    Grease your palm and make kebab from the mixture..

    Take a pan add oil then sallow fry the kebab till it golden brown..

    Bottle gaurd soya kebab is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves.
