Ingredients

  • 6 noeggs
  • 2 tspginger,garlic paste
  • 2 tbsponion paste
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1/2 tspkasoori methi pwoder
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tsp or to tastered chilli pwoder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 2 nogreen cardamom
  • 1 small stickcinnamon
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • as neededcoriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 cupghee/clarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs for 10 to 12 minute,cool and remove the skin. heat the ghee and deep fry the eggs till golden.

  2. 2

    Now pop the cumin in remaining ghee,then saute ginger,garlic paste. saute the onion paste golden add dry spices,whole spices and tomato puree cook until oil separates the oil.

  3. 3

    Add kasoori methi powder, and fried eggs mix well add 2 cup water,cover and cook for 5 to 8 minute more, now switch off the gas,garnish with coriander serve with chapatis or steamed rice.
