Spinach-flatten rice cutlets
A crispy and crunchy snack; make it for your family, friends or for parties... you will always receive compliments and will be asked to share the recipe. So here it is...

Drain the water from the flattened rice and place it in a mixing bowl
- 2
Add the potato and spinach
- 3
Add the dry spices, salt, chillies, ginger,coriander leaves and cumin

Mix well and check the seasoning while you heat enough oil to shallow fry the cutlet in a wok or a pan

Take a lemon sized mixture and form the shape of cutlets you desire
- 6
Fry each cutlet till brown and crisp. Alternatively bake at 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes till done after spraying the cutlets with some oil

Serve hot with ketchup or chutnies of your choice

Tips: It’s an excellent tea time snack which can made very quickly.
