Ingredients

  1. 2Tomatoes
  2. 4Green chillies (big ones)
  3. 3 tablespoonsFresh cream
  4. 1 tablespoonOil
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1 pinchHing
  8. 1 teaspoonPaanch phoran

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai

  2. 2

    Add paanchphoran. Let it crackle.

  3. 3

    Add hing.

  4. 4

    Add the chopped chillies and all dry masalas.

  5. 5

    Cook a bit

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes

  7. 7

    Let cook for a few mins.

  8. 8

    When tomatoes are cooked add malai.

  9. 9

    Simmer for a minute or two.

  10. 10

    Serve with chapattis
