  • 1 cubechicken stock
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 2diced large potatoes
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 4 tspoil
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • pinchsalt
  • 1/2green pepper

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel off chicken skin then marinate in garlic and chicken stock

  2. 2

    Add oil, rajah curry spice and bay leaves

  3. 3

    Add diced potatoes and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add green pepper and chopped carrot

  5. 5

    Let it simmer until cooked
