Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C.Rolled Oat Flour
  • 1/2 C.Vegan Protein Powder
  • 3 Tbs.Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 tsp.Sea Salt
  • 1/4 C.Raw Cocoa Nibs
  • 1/2 C.Almond Butter
  • 3 Tbs.Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 C.Almond Milk
  • 1/4 C.Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 C.Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp.Vanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the chia seeds in 1/3 C. Almond Milk & place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Line an 8 x 8 square pan with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Mix the oat flour, protein, matcha, salt and cocoa nibs together

  4. 4

    Add in the almond butter, soaked chia seeds, syrup, almond milk and vanilla. Stir well

  5. 5

    Press the mixture into the pan evenly. Place in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Store in the fridge up to one week.
