Steps

Soak the chia seeds in 1/3 C. Almond Milk & place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Line an 8 x 8 square pan with parchment paper.

Mix the oat flour, protein, matcha, salt and cocoa nibs together

Add in the almond butter, soaked chia seeds, syrup, almond milk and vanilla. Stir well

Press the mixture into the pan evenly. Place in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes
- 6
Store in the fridge up to one week.
