Put potatoes in pot with enough water to just cover the top add in chicken bullion cubes. Bring to boil. Cook till fork goes in potatoes smoothly.

Poor out half the liquid in pot.

Add milk and seasoning. Return to stove do not let boil any more.

Take about two good spoon fulls of the liquid out of pot and put it into a cup of some kind. Add cornstarch to liquid and stir till mixed.

Poor cornstarch liquid back into potato mixture stir till thickened.
