Ingredients

  1. 9" unbaked pie crust
  2. 1 cuplight corn syrup
  3. 1 cupfirmly packed dark brown sugar
  4. 3eggs slightly beaten
  5. 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  6. 1/3 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. 1heaping cup pecan halves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350

    In a large bowl combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs,butter, salt and vanilla; mix well.

    Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with pecan halves.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

  6. 6

    Tooth pick inserted in center should come out clean.
