Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupcold milk
  2. 2 packagescheesecake flavor instant pudding & pie filling
  3. 1/2 tspgrated lemon peel
  4. 8 ozfrozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
  5. 1Keebler Ready Crust, Graham Pie Crust
  6. 1 can16 oz of whole cranberry sauce, divided
  7. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts, toasted, divided

Cooking Instructions

    In large bowl beat milk pudding mix and lemon peel with wire whisk for 1 min.

    Mixture will be very thick. Whisk in half of the whipped topping.or.

  3. 3

    Carefully spread half of pudding mixture in crust.

  4. 4

    Spoon half of cranberry sauce over pudding mixture.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with half of the walnuts.

  6. 6

    Top with remaining pudding mixture.

  7. 7

    Regrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.

  8. 8

    Top with remaining cranberry sauce, whipped topping and walnuts.

  9. 9

    Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
