Ingredients

  • 1/4chicken
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • 1royco (chicken flavour)
  • 50 mlcooking oil
  • 1ts salt
  • Pinchpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken until tender

  2. 2

    Add oil to cooking pan, then add onions, let the onions cook til they turn golden, add tomatoes and let it simmer then add the pepper

  3. 3

    Add the chicken and water together with salt

  4. 4

    Let the chicken cook

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali and kales
