Heat 1 table spoon ghee in a pan. Add onion and keep on frying till it becomes pink in colour.

Put the onion in the jar and also cashew nuts, poppey seeds, melon seeds and grind it, make it fine paste.

In same pan add rest of the ghee put jeera, then add all the dry masala, sauter it in low flame for 1 minutes then add a paste, keep on frying till it becomes pink in colour then add tomatoes puree, add salt according to taste. Keep on stirring until oil is seeing on top then add curd, fry it for a few minutes then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, fry it for a few 1minutes and then add malai or cream, fry it for a few minutes. Take out the vegetables in a bowl

Garnish it with coriander leaves.
