Steps

Heat half ghee in a non-stick wok,add the wheat flour and roast it on a low flame.till it become golden in colour.

Now keep it aside roasted wheat flour.

Add ghee and grated jaggery in a wok,when jaggery is melt add roasted wheat flour.

Grease a plate and pour the prepared mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly using back of spatula.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
- 7
Keep it aside for few minutes then cut them into diamond shapes.
