Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh methi
  2. 1 cupfresh palak
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. Pinchsoda
  6. 3-4green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspgaram Masala
  9. 1 tbsphot oil
  10. Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak methi for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add besan methi and palak

  3. 3

    Mixwell add green chilli

  4. 4

    Add salt coriander powder and garam Masala

  5. 5

    Mix well

  6. 6

    Add soda and hot oil

  7. 7

    Heat oil in kadai and make a pakoda

  8. 8

    Serve with chutney
