Steps

Wash and slice or chop fruits as desired and set aside in the fridge

Bring a pot to the boil and pour in water, lemon juice and sugar

Allow the mixture to boil until a golden brown colour is attained
- 4
Remove from the boil and let cool
- 5
Plate fruits in a fruit bowl or any bowl of your choice and drizzle the lemon syrup all over the fruits
- 6
You can also put some lemon syrup in a dipping bowl as a dip for your fruits
