Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 200 gmschenna, onion, tomato
  • 8red chillies
  • 2ts salt, coriander powder
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 10 gmsjeera, ginger
  • 25 grmsgrated coconut
  • 50 mlcooking oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the chenna for about 5 hrs in water and bake it in the pressure cooker.

    In a mixer grinder add coconut, red chilies, ginger, jeera, tomato, onion and make it into smooth paste.

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil and heat it. In that add the smooth paste and add the chena. Allow to boil for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves and stop cooking. Gravy is ready to taste.
