Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  1. 100 gmspaneer
  2. 200 gmsaloo, onion, tomato
  3. 100 mlcooking oil
  4. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  5. 1ts red chili powder, salt, dania powder, cumin seeds, grated ginger, coconut pieces

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make the Aloo into big pieces and bake it.

  2. 2

    Cut paneer into small pieces and fry it in the pan with small amount of cooking oil.

  3. 3

    In a mixer grinder add onion, cumin seeds, powders, tomato, coconut pieces and make it into smooth paste.

  4. 4

    In a pan add cooking oil and add chopped onions, and the smooth paste and add little water. Allow to boil for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Then add baked aloo and fried paneer and cook for 5 minutes. Then add coriander leaves. Ready to taste.
