Batter for shrimp-in small mixing bowl add seasonings, flour, and water. Mix untill thick but liquid texture.

Dip shrimp in batter then coat in panko bread crumbs

Deep fry shrimp till golden brown.

Sandwich spread-mix mayo and ranch dressing together. (optional add 1 tsp cayanne pepper for some heat)

Toast hoagie rolls. Then coat with sand wich spread.

Add onion, lettuce, tomato if desired.

Add 6 shrimp per sandwich. Squeeze lemon on shrimp.
