Ingredients

  1. 2onion
  2. 500 gramsveal
  3. 3celery
  4. 100 gramsparsley
  5. 500 gramsdark beer
  6. 3 slicerye bread
  7. 1 tbspdark sugar
  8. 3 tspmustard with grains
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1 pinchsalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    cut the veal in cubes

  2. 2

    on preheated frying pan, cook in oil for 5 min until golden brown

  3. 3

    place meat, cut celery, beer in a pan

  4. 4

    add salt & pepper and stew for 30 min on moderate temperature

  5. 5

    in a separate pan, fry onions for 5 min until golden brown.

  6. 6

    mix onions with sugar, place on top of veal.

  7. 7

    cover bread slices with mustard, place on top of veal

  8. 8

    stew for 10 min
