sautee onion, garlic & pablano in oil until just tender

add chicken stock and simmer 2 min

pour everything into blender and blend on high until smooth

toast rice in 1 T oil until fragrant

measure pablano liquid to equal 2 cups - if short add more chicken stock

add pablano liquid to rice - reduce to med low and cook 30 min
