Preheat oven to 180.

Slice chicken breast into fingers. Use offcuts like mini-nuggets.

Get 3 small bowls; 1st for flour, 2nd for oil & melted butter and 3rd for breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and salt.

Coat chicken pieces in the flour, dusting off excess.

Coat with oil/butter, wiping off excess.

Coat with crumb mix.

Put onto greased tray, spray on some oil and sprinkle on some salt and leftover crumb mix.

Cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning after about 15.
