Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the honey, brown sugar, egg whites, oil, milk, and yogurt in a large bowl. Set aside.

Mix together the wheat flour, flax seed, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium size bowl. Then add to the wet ingredients.

Then add to the combined ingredients the oats, dried cranberries, raisins, and chopped walnuts. Mix until just combined.

Spread in a 9x13x2-inch greased pan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
