Ingredients

  • Regular wheat dough 4balls
  • 1 cupchicken kheema
  • 1 tbspgarlic ginger chopped
  • 1 tspchilli paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 pinchturmeric
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tbspcoriander chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspbutter +for brushing
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan and add ginger garlic and chopped coriander in it and fry it a little. Then saute onion in that. Later add kheema, all spices, salt and chilli paste and mix it. And cook it till it become dry.

    Beat egg with pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    Now take dough and make 2chapatis from it. Now take one chapati. Brush egg on it. Spread kheema evenly and place another roti on top. Seal it's edges and gently roll it a little again.

  4. 4

    Now heat flat pan and brush some butter. And put paratha on it. Cook both side. When you see it's almost cook add remaining egg mixture exactly at the centre and place lid on it. Open it when egg started cooking. Flip it one more time. And serve it.
