Designed Swiss Roll

For condensed milk......Mix all ingredient with the help of water.. Like thick milk.. Now keep it in microwave for 1 minute.. Check it... Not ready than again put it for 30 seconds.... After cool it will be thick.... Ready hai condense milk..

All ingredients of Swiss Roll mix properly.. Now add assence in it.. Take a baking tin put some butter and butter paper... Now put this batter on paper... Take 4 tbs batter.. And keep it aside for design..

Now add coco and chocolate powder in this 4 tbs batter... Mix it.. Put it in a cone...

Now with the help of cone make a design on batter as you wish..

Now bake it for 25 minutes at the tempreture of 180 degree..

After cool the batter... Take out butter paper... Now put it like that opposite side will be upside....

Now put it on a plastic sheet.. Put the one layer of mango jam on it.... Now sprinkle the icing sugar... And roll it carefully

Now keep this roll in fridge for 2 hours....

Take it out.. Now cut the swiss roll.....

Swiss Roll is ready to eat...
