Achari pineapple tikka

This is so yummy.... Tangy and sweet flavour.... Must eat once...
Steps

In a bowl put curd.

Add all spices one by one then add pickle masala and mix.

Hot a pan, add oil then add gram flour. When it change the colour then add this mixture to bowl.

Add pineapple, capsicum, tomato cubes one by one and mix.

Put in fridge for 1/2 hour.

Take out the bowl and mix. Put it one by one in wooden sticks.

First put pineapple then capsicum and then tomato and lastly again pineapple peices.

Then put it one by one in greased baking tray. Brush it with oil and put in microwave for 4 minutes.

Your achari pineapple is ready. Served it with green chutney.
