Ingredients

1/4 tspdesi ghee
1 clovelaung
1 tspcoarsely crushed pepper (kalimirch)
1 tspfinely chopped ginger (adrak)
5 leavesbasil (indian basil)
1 tspsugar/jaggery
2 cupswater

Steps

Heat the ghee in a saucepan, add clove, black pepper, ginger, tulsi and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

Add 2 cups of water and sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 20 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Strain the mixture in glass and serve immediately.
