1large eggplants/baigan
1medium onions(chopped)
2tomatoes
Salt as required
1 tspmustard oil
2 tspginger garlic chopped
1Green chilli, chopped
few Green coriander, chopped

Steps

1

Put an eggplant/baigan and tomatoes on flame to roast,when it turns black and brown remove the skin.Mash the eggplant and tomatoes.

Add chopped onion,ginger,garlic,chilli,coriander,salt and mustard oil and mix well.

Serve with chappati or litti.
