Ingredients

  • 1large eggplants/baigan
  • 1medium onions(chopped)
  • 2tomatoes
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tspmustard oil
  • 2 tspginger garlic chopped
  • 1Green chilli, chopped
  • few Green coriander, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Put an eggplant/baigan and tomatoes on flame to roast,when it turns black and brown remove the skin.Mash the eggplant and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion,ginger,garlic,chilli,coriander,salt and mustard oil and mix well.

  3. 3

    Serve with chappati or litti.
