Ingredients

  1. 1chicken leg
  2. 200-300 gMaitake mushroom
  3. 200-300 gshredded burdock (Gobou)
  4. 3 tablespoonsoy sauce
  5. 2 tablespoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  6. 1500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in 1500ml water.

    Shred burdock (Gobou) and drain in water for a while and wash.

    This is Maitake mushroom. And divide small pieces.

    Put burdock and cook for 10 minuets.

    Add Shiitake mushroom and soy sauce, Dashi powder and cook for 5 minuets
