Ingredients

  1. 500 gshalgam(turnip)
  2. 250 gpeas
  3. green corriender
  4. 2big tamatoes
  5. 1big bowl of chopped onions
  6. 2-4chopped green chilies
  7. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped ginger
  8. salt
  9. dry corriender powder
  10. garam masala
  11. red chilli powder
  12. garam masala
  13. (put all spices according to your taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the turnip and boil in cooker for 15-20 minutes in medium flame(approx.4-5 whistle)

    Put some oil in pan.afterthat we'll add our chopped onions and peas with our green chilies and ginger you can also add some chopped carrot in it.and rost it well.....

    After rosting our all veg.we'll add our finely chopped tamatoes in it. When our all ingredients leaves the oil we'll put our all spices in it...and we'll rost it again and finally put your boil and mash turnip in it

    Now our peas turnip is ready
