Boil tomatoes, potatoes and water in pressure cooker.

Close the cooker lid till 3 whistles.Off the gas.

Now blend the soups strain it in a strainer.

In a pan add butter.Heat it and add black pepper powder. Stir it for a minute and pour the soup in it.

Boil the soup for 5 minutes.Add salt to taste.

Transfer it in a soup bowl.

Serve it with a blob of butter.Serve piping hot with toasted bread.
