Steps

blend the fish , fish sauce , soy sauce and the egg together in food processer untill smooth and all combined

finely chop the chilli and the ginger and the garlic ,adding them to the fish and blend well again once combined finely chop up the spring onions and fold through
- 3
once completed the mix , mould the fishcakes into 40g cakes , then shallow fry , and enjoy :)
