Boil noodles and rinse briefly under cold water

Slice scallions 2 inch, wash and peel ginger then grate fine, mince garlic, wash bean sprouts under cold water

In a small bowl cimbine soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and corn starch

Heat oil until hot, add pork, scallions, and ginger. Stir and add garlic, sherry , bean sprouts, other veggies, and shrimp, and soy oyster mixure

Quickly stir in noodles for 3 minutes
