Ingredients

25 min
  • 13/4 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 2 1/22ts baking powder
  • 3/4ts salt
  • 1beaten egg
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Stir together flour,sugar,baking powder and salt.

  2. 2

    Combine egg,milk and oil.Add at once at the centre of the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Grease muffin pans or put cake cases.Fill the muffin 2/3 full.Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 min.
