Ab ek or pan laker usme 1/2 spoon butter daal kar melt Karein phir red chilli powder, Kashmiri mirch powder daal kar mix Karein. Ab usme onion or tomato purée daal kar 5 min ko boil Karein.

Ab usme malai or gram masala bi daal kar mix Karein.

Mushrooms bi daal kar ak boil or lagae or sath mein chops coriander daal kar gas’s band kar de.
