Add sugar and Lukewarm milk 50 gm with active dry yeast and keep covered for 10 minutes.

In another big bowl add maida, salt, oil, 1 tsp pizza seasoning and the activated bubbly yeast mix.

Keep in a warm place for 2 hours for proving.

Knead for 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Add 100 gm more milk.

Meanwhile make the filling.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger, garlic and saute.

Now add onion and again saute until translucent.

Now add the veges, sauce, salt, pepper and paneer and cook for 4 minutes.

When the veges are soft add the paneer, coriander, oregano and pizza seasoning. Stuffing is ready.

After 2 hours the dough will double in volume.

Take out 4 parts from the dough.

Roll like a roti. Cut according to the picture.

Now place the filling in the centre.

Now start folding according to the picture.

Brush with milk.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds over it.

Preheat oven to 180C for 10 min.

Bake for 20-25 min or nice golden from top.

Serve hot with ketchup.
