Ingredients

  1. Rotini
  2. Chicken breasts
  3. Tomato sauce
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Scotch bonnet peppers
  6. Cajun seasoning
  7. Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken in Cajun seasoning for 3 hours

  2. 2

    Boil rotini till soft

  3. 3

    Fry tomato sauce and scotch bonnet peppers

  4. 4

    Fry chicken till it’s soft and well done

  5. 5

    Add the chicken breasts to the tomato sauce

  6. 6

    Mix rotini and sauce in one pot

  7. 7

    Simmer for 5 minutes
