Stuffed Grape Leaves with Meat

Boil the grape leaves in hot water for 2 minutes and drain them in a colander.

Mix all the stuffing ingredients together and roll the leaves.

Boil the meat and ribs and place them at the bottom of the pot.

Arrange the rolled leaves on top of them.
- 5
When finished rolling, place a weight on top, add water and lemon juice, and cook on low heat for several hours until fully cooked.

Enjoy your meal!
