    Let 1 litre of water boil in a sufuria

    When water boils add maize flour to cook ugali

  3. 3

    When it is ready keep it aside

  4. 4

    Cut in julien shape

    Let cooking oil to be hot in a deep pan...

    Deep the julien shaped ugali in oil to brown
