  11. Salt to taste

    Sabse pehle ande aur aloo ko cooker me 2 siti ane tak bowl kar lijiye

    Chote chote pees kat kar onion ginger garlic ko mixi me dalkar pees lijiye

  3. 3

    Gas on karein pan rakhe usme oil dale oil garam hone par ande chilkar fry kar lijiye

  4. 4

    Ab usi pan me aur oil dale aur allu ko chilkar chote chote pees me kate aur use bhi fry kar lijiye

  5. 5

    Ab usi pan me mattr ko dalkar fry kar lijiye

  6. 6

    Usi pan me aur oil dale oil garam hone par mirchi powder khuch der chalaye

  7. 7

    Aur pisa huwa paste onion ginger garlic ko dalkar khuch der bhune

  8. 8

    Bhunne ke baad garam masala dale namak dhaniya powder dale khuch der chalaye

  9. 9

    Ab usme mattar aloo dale chalaye jarurat anusar pani dale andae ko dale aur dhak dijiye

  10. 10

    10 minut silo flame par pakne de ab upar se hari dhaniya dal dijiye
